Information you give us
When you contact us — through the form on this site, WhatsApp or email — we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, contact details, and a description of your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site automatically logs some technical information about each visit, so we can understand how the site is used and keep it secure. This includes:
- Your IP address, and an approximate country/city estimated from it
- Browser type, operating system and device type
- Pages viewed, the page you arrived from (referrer), and the date and time of the visit
- A randomly generated ID stored in your browser (via local storage), used only to tell repeat visits apart — not linked to your name or used for advertising
This data is stored in a private database on our hosting and viewed only by ZAMAN IT through a password-protected dashboard. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-site tracking.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember a single anonymous visitor ID. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third parties
We may use a third-party IP-lookup service to estimate a visitor's country or city for our own analytics. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or request it be corrected or deleted, at any time by emailing hi@zamanit.com.au.
